Project Management

I handle every phase of your lighting project so you can focus on your business.

A More Personal Way to Deliver Your Lighting Vision

Full-scope coordination means I'm involved from the moment your design is approved through the final fixture installation and testing. I create detailed specifications, source materials and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality at every checkpoint. This approach eliminates the confusion of juggling multiple vendors and keeps your project moving forward with confidence.

You receive regular updates, transparent communication about any changes or challenges, and my direct involvement in problem-solving. I coordinate site visits, oversee installations, and verify that the finished lighting matches your design intent and performs as specified. The result is a seamless experience where complexity is managed behind the scenes.
