Restaurant Build-Out

From concept to opening night, I handle the complete design and construction of your restaurant or bar space.

A More Personal Way to Build Your Restaurant Vision

A full build-out means I'm involved at every stage, starting with understanding your concept, your target guests, and the atmosphere you want to create. I work closely with you and your architect to develop a comprehensive lighting and audio design that supports your operational needs and enhances the guest experience. This isn't just about installing fixtures; it's about creating an environment where every element serves a purpose.

I manage the technical specifications, coordinate with contractors, source fixtures and equipment, oversee installation, and ensure everything performs exactly as designed. You get a turnkey space where the lighting supports your menu presentation, the audio reinforces your brand identity, and the overall environment feels intentional and polished.

Ideal For

• New restaurant or bar openings with custom design requirements

• Owners who want integrated lighting and audio from the start

• Projects where atmosphere and guest experience are priorities

• Spaces that need technical coordination across multiple trades

How It Works

1. Discovery and Concept: We meet to discuss your vision, guest experience goals, operational needs, and budget, then I develop an initial lighting and audio concept.

2. Design and Planning: I create detailed specifications, fixture selections, and construction drawings, coordinating with your architect and contractors to ensure seamless integration.

3. Construction and Installation: I oversee the build process, manage equipment delivery and installation, test all systems, and ensure everything meets your vision and performs reliably.
